We build gear for bush pilots, extreme weather guides, and people working in conditions where failure is not an option. If our gear fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Period.
The Lifetime Guarantee
Every product manufactured by Alaska Gear Company comes with a practical lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects. "Practical lifetime" means the expected lifespan of the product, which is indicated on every product page via our Durability Meter.
If a seam rips or a zipper fails prematurely, send it back. We will fix it.

For severe wear and tear or accidental damage, our Fairbanks sewing room offers comprehensive repair services at a fair rate to keep your gear in the field and out of the landfill.
